Local MP, Jerome Mayhew, has arranged his first Jobs Fair in Fakenham to support residents looking for work and help businesses who have been struggling to recruit. There was an enormous amount of interest in the Fair from local businesses and with just over a hundred job seekers attending on the day some left having said they had been offered jobs, interviews or inductions already.
