The Government have recently announced that a new Regional Test Site (RTS) is to open at Postwick Park & Ride over the coming days. The site will be a hybrid site, offering both assisted and self-administered tests.
I am really pleased that the Government has chosen Norfolk to be a trailblazer for one of the new Regional Test Sites. Effective testing, tracking and tracing will allow more of us to get back to work whilst keeping infection rates under control. Having this new centre at Postwick Park and Ride gives us the testing capacity we need.
This new site will make it easier to access local testing. This is on top of the three existing testing sites in Norfolk as well as the mobile military test sites and the home tests which can be booked through the Government’s online portal, in the same way as slots for the RTS.
