There’s no place for flytipping in Broadland - not on the sides of our country roads, and not on privately owned farms either.
I was disappointed to drive past this pile of tarmac, not least because the cost of its removal will be placed on council-tax payers, but mainly because it’s incredibly dangerous for drivers at night on our unlit rural roads.
However, we’re lucky to have a District Council that is so responsive and proactive towards clearing fly-tipping and catching offenders.
