Jerome Mayhew MP has stepped in to try and resolve issues in obtaining appointments at a local GP Practice in Taverham. Residents have written to Jerome to describe their struggle in getting through the phone system at the Partnership in order to access appointments with their Nurse or GP. Jerome has arranged an appointment with the Practice to discuss these worries and is currently looking to obtain feedback from patients about their experiences of the Practice.
