Delighted to have been shown around The Walled Garden Shop at Plumstead today, and to have had a pop-up ‘Meet and Greet’ with the local County Councillor and the Police. Linda Carty and the management team have done an amazing job with this project, and the volunteers are the lifeblood of this organisation.
I met local residents from The Glade estate and listened to their concerns about the management company.
Families on the estate have received bills for thousands of pounds for work which they say has not been undertaken.
I’ll be contacting both the Leader of Broadland District Council and the Secretary of State about this issue and ensuring I feedback the outcome with the local community.
