This scandal upon scandal highlights yet again that there is something fundamentally wrong with the governance of the Post Office. This is happening at a time when Fakenham, the largest town in my area, has not had a permanent post office for more than three years. So I have an idea: how about linking bonuses to actually providing the services we need on the ground?
