The latest national vaccination data was published today and shows we're continuing to make strong progress with both first and second doses. Up to 4th July 2021:
- 88% of people over the age of 16 in Norfolk and Waveney have received their first dose, compared to 83% of adults in England. This puts us fifth out of 42 health and care systems in England.
- 68% of people over the age of 16 in Norfolk and Waveney have also received their second dose, compared to 62% of adults in England. This puts us fifth out of 42 health and care systems in England.
- 90% of people over the age of 18 have had their first dose, along with 70% of this group also having had their second dose.
- A total of 1,332,409 doses of vaccine have been given locally since the start of the vaccination programme.
